How do I choose my options?
Choose your metal and carat weight, then any chain length or ring size. Your selected price appears before you add to bag.
Are earring weights per pair?
Yes. A 1.00 ct equal pair has 0.50 ct in each earring. Halo centre weights are labelled separately; surrounding diamonds are additional.
What does the ring carat weight mean?
For engagement rings, the selector shows the centre diamond weight; side and shoulder diamonds are additional. The price breakdown identifies the setting and centre diamond. Designs awaiting a complete side-diamond price are available by enquiry. For eternity rings, read the product details for the stated weight basis.
Does my pendant include a chain?
Check its description and chain-length options. The selected price covers the stated combination.
Are engagement diamonds lab-grown?
Our engagement-ring selector uses lab-grown centre diamonds. Choose a weight from 0.50 to 6.00 ct, then colour and clarity. Other jewellery states its diamond type in the product details.
Can I add engraving?
Engraving is complimentary. Use the optional engraving tab on ring pages to add up to 30 characters, including spaces, then add your ring to the bag and continue to checkout. Your wording is saved with your order.
How do I place an order?
When the store is open, choose a fully priced combination, add it to your bag and continue to checkout. Designs marked for enquiry need a confirmed quotation first. While the Coming Soon notice is displayed, live orders remain closed.
Delivery, returns or sizing?

Are the images to scale?
No. Renders illustrate the design and metal. They do not show every carat choice at its exact size.
Do you have a shop I can visit?
