Delivery & collection

Complimentary insured delivery throughout the United Kingdom.

Made for your order

Allow around 10 working days to make your jewellery, plus delivery time. This is an estimate; we will confirm the expected timing for your order and contact you if it changes. Please speak to us before ordering for a particular date.

UK delivery

We send UK orders by insured, tracked Royal Mail Special Delivery at no additional charge. Tracking is provided when your jewellery is dispatched. Please check your delivery details carefully. A signature or other delivery security check may be required.

We remain responsible for your order until it is delivered to you or someone you have nominated to receive it. If a parcel is delayed, missing or damaged, contact us so we can help.

Collection by appointment

Complimentary collection is available by prior arrangement from Office 6, 88–90 Hatton Garden, London EC1N 8PN, United Kingdom. We are an online jeweller with an office, not a walk-in showroom. Wait for us to confirm that your order is ready and agree an appointment before visiting.

Bring your order confirmation and photographic identification. If someone else will collect, arrange this with us in advance. Please collect within 60 days of our ready notification unless we agree another date.

International enquiries

Online checkout currently supports UK delivery. Contact us before ordering for another destination. We will confirm whether delivery can be arranged and provide the shipping cost and any applicable customs information before you commit.
