Wear thoughtfully
Remove jewellery before swimming, heavy lifting and using strong chemicals.
Store separately
Protect pieces from rubbing together. Keep chains fastened and laid flat.
Cleaning & checks
Use a soft cloth for fingerprints. Ask a jeweller for cleaning advice suited to the metal, stones and setting; ultrasonic or steam cleaning is not suitable for every piece.
Stop wearing a piece if a stone moves, a claw catches or a clasp stops closing. Have it professionally checked.
