Everyday care

Remove jewellery for exercise, swimming, cleaning and tasks that may catch or damage a setting. Avoid harsh chemicals. Store pieces separately, and check fastenings and settings regularly. Stop wearing a piece if a stone or fastening feels loose.

Inspection and repair

We will advise on inspection, the appropriate remedy and secure delivery or appointment arrangements. Paid repairs, resizing, refinishing and other optional work are quoted before work begins.

Your rights

Your statutory rights apply if jewellery is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet the standards required by law. Damage from wear or an accident is assessed separately from a manufacturing fault. Any additional warranty will be set out in the documents for your purchase and will not replace your statutory rights.
